We welcome exchanges on orders that are damaged or wrong size and color. Any item that you would like to exchange for another size or color.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags and within the date of purchase and received guidelines.   ( 15 day RETURNS ONLY) There after not our liability.

To complete your return, we require a invoice copy of purchase sent with returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchanged.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

The customer will be responsible for paying  shipping costs for all returned  items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost for Reshipping  fee for the new replace item is $ 4.00, depending on weight of product (s).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

( If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance). ( We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item) .
