REFUNDS:
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds.
EXCHANGES:
We welcome exchanges on defective or damaged products.. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping it to Face Nasty and shipping charges for new product. We can not approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. There is a $5.00 re-shipping fee for the exchange depending on the weight of item. All exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of purchase for warranty replacement. After 15 days , Face Nasty have no further liability.
Please specify the name of product you would like to exchange, what size you would like. Included this in the email and order number to sales@facenasty.com
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed..
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for any reason.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
